The reviews & rankings on Central Queensland University online is not certain and i intend to study a 2 year MBA. Based on my finance, this is the only school i can afford. Please is this an accredited school and is it worth my penny?

Check this post to help you determine whether this is a good choice or not

http://study-n-australia.blogspot.com.au/2007/10/plssss-haaalp-which-uni-to-chose.html

I don't know much about the MBA program at this university so I cannot comment. But read the article and it will help you in making a decision.

2. Central Queensland University offers about three locations to study which is Rockhampton, Melbourne & Sydney. Which one of these cities will be the best to study and as well do a part time job.

Sydney or Melbourne.

3. Sincerely, i intend staying back in Australia after school to secure a job and get my permanent resident permit. Is it possible?

You will need to follow the new process of applying for PR. Once you finish your studies, you will apply for 485 skilled graduate visa to stay in the country.

You can also lodge a parallel application for EOI and if accepted you can then apply for PR (assuming you score the passing marks)

So its quite difficult to say right now what will happen after 4 yrs.

Given your circumstances I cannot be sure if you would be eligible to apply for PR.

Because according to reviews i read online, most students who get their PR usually are students that their courses fall under Skilled Occupational List. After checking the OZ immigrations SOL link, i really do not fall under any. Although my major in CQU will be Project Management.

You must ensure that once you finish your studies you are able to gain a positive skills assessment in a profession on the SOL. Without this you cannot apply for PR.

Only studying for two yrs is not enough anymore. In the past, before 2010, students could apply directly for PR after studying for 2 yrs in a course directly related to a profession on SOL.

The rules have changed now. After your studies are complete, you apply for a 485 visa and mean while if you score the passing marks, you can apply for EOI and if invited apply for PR.

Just because you studied in Australia is no guarantee that you will get invited to apply for PR.

4. I still intend to go for Procurement, Logistics, Operations & Supply chain Management certificates. Is it possible to manage the total expenditure of my family through my part time job in Aus??

No. Almost impossible unless your wife also works. But you will need to find someone willing to sponsor you for a PhD.

3. Is Swinburne University is a good one among other universities???

I will not be able to comment.
